The Silver Surfer cut through the stratosphere like a spectral blade, his silver form streaking across the sky at hypersonic speeds. Below him, the Earth spun silently, unaware of the godlike forces in motion above it. His senses were focused—he had nearly found the optimal location to open the next gateway. Another rupture point for Galactus. Another step toward oblivion.

Then—a ripple in space.

Something was coming. Fast.

A blur broke through the clouds behind him, trailing faint blue flames.

Before he could fully register it, a figure came rocketing toward him feet-first, a sonic boom erupting in its wake.

He twisted to dodge, slipping downward through his board with perfect cosmic precision. The attack missed his head—but it wasn't over.

The attacker flipped under the board like liquid lightning.

A second kick connected directly with his midsection, a brutally precise strike that sent shockwaves across the sky. The Silver Surfer was hurled backward in a spiral, the wind shrieking around him as he tumbled headlong toward Earth.

He stabilized mid-fall, a cosmic aura bursting around him to slow his descent—just in time for a blinding white laser to lance out from above, slamming into his chest. The force of the beam cracked the energy shield around his body, and before he could react—

Whoosh—SHRRK!

Two jagged wind blades followed in a crisscross, slicing across his face, leaving shallow glowing gashes on his otherwise unmarred skin. He reeled backward, disoriented.

And there he was.

Hovering calmly above him—arms folded, wings of glowing dragonic energy pulsing—stood Aiden, riding a shimmering crystal-dragon-themed surfboard of his own making. His form glowed with the brilliance of his Azure Divine Dragon Mode, his hair crackling with residual lightning, scales glinting like sapphires under the sun.

The Silver Surfer narrowed his eyes and summoned energy into his palms. His board vibrated with power, arcs of the Power Cosmic rippling out.

He launched a spear-like blast aimed at Aiden's chest—deadly and accurate.

It struck true.

Or rather—it seemed to.

Aiden's body burst into water the instant it made contact, the blast passing harmlessly through a hydro-clone illusion. The droplets dispersed in the air like mist.

"Behind you."

The Silver Surfer twisted—just in time to feel a devastating right hook to the jaw.

The strike cracked with the force of a thunderclap, sending the Surfer flying sideways through the sky. His body crashed through a line of clouds and bounced once, twice, before he regained control.

But Aiden was already there.

Moving with brutal speed, he blurred in close again, his claws coated in compressed wind pressure. He raked them across the Surfer's chest, tearing into his silver flesh, sparks and silver blood flying. Then, twisting in mid-air, Aiden executed a spinning roundhouse, slamming both feet into the Surfer's spine and launching him downward like a meteor.

The herald smashed into the Earth, pulverizing an ancient stone structure as his body tore through the remains of a ruined castle. Dust erupted, sending flocks of birds fleeing into the sky.

He tried to rise, summoning his board—

—but a streak of red and silver thunder shot down from the heavens.

Mjolnir.

Thor's hammer screamed through the air and collided with the Surfer's chest like a comet, slamming him deeper into the earth, the crater doubling in size. Lightning exploded outward in a dome, scorching the ground and crackling into the broken stones around him.

The Silver Surfer grunted, rolling to the side and trying again to lift himself, but—

ZRAAAK!

A full-power photon beam from Captain Marvel blasted down, catching him mid-roll and driving him through a stone wall, vaporizing it on contact.

As debris flew and smoke billowed, a sonic thwip followed—a thin but devastating web line fired by Spider-Man latched onto the Surfer's arm, snapping it backward. The sudden movement left him exposed, just long enough for—

Aiden to appear again, diving down at impossible speed, wings tucked in. At the last second, he flared them open and spun, slamming an elbow down into the Surfer's back and driving him headfirst into the rubble.

KRACK—

Before the Surfer could so much as groan, Namor landed beside him in a jet of ocean water, fists glowing with arcane Atlantean sigils. He delivered a rapid barrage of strikes, shaking the ruins with each blow, before kicking the Surfer straight up into the sky.

The Surfer gasped and instinctively reached for his board again—

—but this time, a swirling blue portal opened in front of him, right in the board's path. The board vanished.

And reappeared instantly next to Iron Man, standing coolly at the edge of the battlefield.

He calmly reached out and clamped a round, glowing device onto the side of the board with a loud click.

A pulse of energy surged from the device. The board let out a high-pitched whine, its glow sputtering—flickering.

The Silver Surfer screamed—a pained, unnatural sound—as his body convulsed mid-air. His connection to the board, to the Power Cosmic itself, was suddenly and violently severed.

He crashed down, twitching with raw energy, face etched with disbelief.

Hovering above him, Aiden looked down, his eyes calm, unreadable—flanked by Thor, Captain Marvel, Namor, Iron Man, and Spider-Man.

From the shattered ruins beneath them, vine-like bindings burst from the broken stone and earth—thick, glowing with mystical energy and laced with eldritch runes. They snaked around the Silver Surfer's limbs, wrapping around his arms and torso with brutal precision, tightening like iron chains.

The ground itself shimmered as a portal rippled open behind him.

Out stepped a figure draped in flowing crimson and navy—his Cloak of Levitation fluttering with subtle sentience, his fingers still glowing from the spell just cast.

Doctor Stephen Strange.

His calm voice cut through the settling silence. "Well then… looks like we're done here."

Tony Stark's voice rang out, helmet lifting to reveal a smirk. "Look who finally decided to show up. You're late, Strange."

Strange floated forward, surveying the damage with a professional eye. "Had to handle a minor dimensional breach. And I see you managed to wrangle our silver runaway."

Tony jerked a thumb over to Aiden, who now stood calmly with the others, wings of light folding back into his shoulders. "Credit goes to a certain dragon and his little genius of a girlfriend."

Strange's eyes flicked toward Aiden, and for a moment, the Sorcerer Supreme's gaze sharpened. Power hummed around the boy like heat off pavement.

"...Powerful," he muttered, mostly to himself.

Then he turned to the others, business-like. "So? Do you have a way to contain him?"

Tony nodded. "We do."

Just then, the distant hum of engines grew louder. The S.H.I.E.L.D. jet descended from the clouds, repulsors flaring as it landed with practiced grace on the outskirts of the ruins.

From its ramp, Captain America stepped out—followed closely by Black Widow

Between them hovered a floating containment pod—sleek, reinforced, its surface flickering with layered energy fields. Strange glanced at it, nodding in quiet approval.

Tony flew next to Aiden, eyes still on the pod as it locked into position nearby. "You know, your girl might've found him…" he said with a grin.

"…But we already had a way to take him down."
