There was a sizzle in the air and the smell of bacon before Brandon even regained consciousness. The smell was mouthwatering, and he was practically salivating, even though he was barely awake.
Brandon opened his eyes, before they widened, when he realised that he lived alone, and no one was supposed to cook for him. So someone, was in his apartment without his knowledge and was probably someone unknown about to kill him!
Jerking into action, he got out of the bed and almost ripped the door from its hinges in an attempt to open it quickly. There he found Cillian standing with his backing towards Brandon, searing something over the stove.
