The sixth month had arrived. The clock was ticking.
I had spent months planning, preparing, recruiting the right people—but now, we were on the edge of the breaking point. Everything was set in motion. The only thing left to do was to ensure everyone was where they needed to be before the world turned into a graveyard.
And that started tonight.

I stood in my living room, arms crossed, as the entire team assembled before me. The air in the room was tense, but everyone was here—ready.
Seated on the couches and chairs, I had my entire survival unit:
Rei Miyamoto, trusting me more than ever.Saeko Busujima, her usual smirk in place, resting her hand on the hilt of a wooden bokken.Takashi Komuro, leaning forward, eyes serious for once.Kohta Hirano, adjusting his glasses, eager but nervous.Hiroki Mori, looking sharp, his fists clenched in anticipation.Ayumu Yame, holding Hiroki's hand, her presence calm but attentive.Kanako Mori, watching from the side, arms crossed, analyzing everyone.Kyoko Hayashi, sitting next to Kanako, watching me with curiosity and something… else in her gaze.Saya Takagi, impatient, tapping her foot, waiting for me to talk.Shizuka Marikawa, sitting comfortably, stretching with a yawn.Kaede Mori, the newest addition—Hiroki and Kanako's mother, looking slightly out of place but alert. Not lnowing what was happening.
I exhaled, taking in the sight of my team. This was it.
I stepped forward. "Alright, listen up. Tomorrow is the day. Everything I've been preparing for, everything I've been warning you about—it all starts tomorrow morning. And when it happens, I need all of you in the right place. This is how we do it."
I pointed at Hiroki and Kanako. "You two. At first light of the day, you're bringing your mom, Kaede, here. No excuses. No delays."
Kaede looked at her son. "Is this really necessary?"
Hiroki nodded firmly. "Yes, Mom. You trust me, right?"
She hesitated, then nodded. "Alright."
I turned to the others. "The rest of you—you're moving in."
Saya raised an eyebrow. "Excuse me?"
"You heard me. Today, I want each of you to start bringing the essentials—clothes, personal belongings, weapons—whatever you need. Do it subtly, so no one suspects anything. If someone asks, you're 'hanging out for the weekend' or 'having a study group.' No one can know what we're doing."
Takashi leaned back. "So you're basically telling us to pack up and move in—before anything even happens."
"Exactly," I confirmed. "When it starts, we won't have time to move back and forth. We need everyone here."
They exchanged glances, but no one objected.
I looked at Shizuka. "Sensei, when everything starts tomorrow, you're going to be the one driving everyone out of the school."
She blinked. "Hmmm? Me? Ohhh~ Does that mean I get to drive fast?"
I smirked. "Faster than you've ever driven in your life."
She clapped her hands excitedly. "Yayyy! That sounds fun~"
Saya rolled her eyes. "Sensei, please take this seriously."
Shizuka pouted. "Mouuu~ I am serious!"
I nodded. "Good. You'll be getting everyone except Saya and Kanako out. They'll meet up with me and Kyoko at the Suburban, while the rest of you board the Hammer armored transport."
Kohta's eyes widened. "Wait—you actually got the Yakuza Official Military Truck?"
I smirked. "Of course. You think I'd risk our escape on a school bus?"
Saeko chuckled. "I was wondering what your big plan was. Now it makes sense."
"Tomorrow, we execute. No mistakes."
Everyone nodded.
The game was about to begin.
