Li Ping'an listened drowsily, eventually falling asleep and allowing his father to communicate with the Heavenly Dao alone.
In a daze, Li Ping'an still heard such a conversation.
"Who knows how the return of the Six Great Masters will change the pattern of this world."
Li Dazhi sighed:
"Rising causes the people suffering, falling also causes the people suffering; the powers of the vast Vast Wilderness Heaven and Earth treat beings as mere weeds, this is the source of many problems.
"The Heavenly Dao protects the weak and small creatures, indeed it has imposed karmic obstacles for the powerful ones, yet the punishment brought by accumulated karmic obstacles is taken by the powerful ones as a cost they can consider enduring.
"Alas, reversing such a trend is easier said than done."
