Barty raised an eyebrow, shooting a glance at Alex. "Looks like Fjorland's not as peaceful as we thought."
Alex nodded, his eyes glinting with interest. "Thank you for the heads-up," he said to the Valkyrie. "Anything else we should know?"
The Valkyrie hesitated, then nodded gravely. "No, not yet… but stay vigilant. If you see anyone acting suspiciously, alert us immediately."
Alex and Barty nodded in understanding, and as they moved to step forward, the lead Valkyrie's curiosity got the better of her. She shifted her spear slightly, her gaze still lingering on them.
"If I may ask, what brings you to Fjorland this time?" she inquired, her tone softer but still edged with a hint of formality. "It's been a while since we last saw you."
Alex glanced at Barty, sharing a quick, unspoken thought. "Oh, we were just… around," he replied casually, giving a small shrug. "Thought we'd stop by for a bit and maybe stay a while."
