Oda flinched for a moment, then glanced at Fiery Blessing, her fiery form glowing against the setting sun. "Yes? What is it, Fiery Blessing?"
"I said come inside and eat! Or else I'll get punished by Alex! Come on!" she yelled again, her voice tinged with urgency.
Oda sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. "Alright, alright, I'm coming," he muttered, turning away from his post and following her inside.
Oda stepped inside, the familiar warmth of the sacred shrine enveloping him as he removed his shoes at the entrance. He carefully rested his katana by his side, placing it within arm's reach as he sat down on one of the low cushions.
Fiery Blessing floated nearby, still glowing with an intense warmth. "Finally, you're here. You really do take your job seriously, don't you?" she teased, setting a steaming bowl of food in front of him.
Oda smirked, leaning back slightly. "It's my duty to protect this place. Can't let my guard down," he said, his tone calm yet resolute.
