"Come on, Tony, if you like this, have more!"
Lee Ya picked up a small snack in front of Tony with her chopsticks and placed it in his plate. He almost imperceptibly furrowed his brows—his disgust at her action was evident, but his face was filled with a look of mirth as he said, "Lee Ya, thank you!"
This was exactly why he had brought Lee Ya along. With Lee Ya around, at least the atmosphere could be lightened a bit, rather than him facing Su Liuying and Quan Tianyou's ostentatious displays of affection when he was alone.
"Come on, you should eat more too! The pastries here are really good!"
Tony picked up a crystal bun with his chopsticks and placed it on Lee Ya's plate. She looked at him, slightly overwhelmed with gratitude, and replied, "Okay, thank you, Manager!"
"We're off work now; you still call me Manager?"
Tony smiled at Lee Ya and said, "After work, we're just friends, not superior and subordinate. You can call me Tony, just like Liuying does!"
"Oh... Tony!"
