Fu Ying had previously given Lu Qingqing seven residences, two prime retail spaces, and one office building. Residential and commercial properties are different; the former is more convenient for personal use but harder to rent out, costing a significant amount annually in maintenance fees, whereas the rent from office buildings and prime retail spaces is like a continuous stream of cash flow.
The seven buildings had recouped their costs ten years ago, and currently, two of the buildings located in Central are occupied by the headquarters of Hero Group and Sansheng Group, with the remaining five buildings having already earned ten years' worth of rent.
Wansheng Jewellery is also part of the rent paid to Fu Ying and Qin Wanyang; will it be handed over to Lu Qingqing in the future?
