Just as the curse escaped his lips, Himmel turned around.
His gaze landed on the beautiful girl writhing on the bed.
Shyamal had already started digging her fingers into her arms.
Had it not been Himmel, she would have started scratching herself.
Himmel sighed. "This girl."
Getting on the bed, he lifted the rejection of Time.
The darkness burst out of Shyamal's body, consuming the entire room.
Ignoring everything, Himmel seized her hands and pinned them both to the bed at her sides.
"Shyamal?"
The unfocused look on her face made him concerned.
She let out incoherent mumbling that he couldn't understand.
Himmel let out a long, tiring sigh.
Then—.
He slowly lowered his face.
Until his lips met hers.
The moment their lips touched, everything stopped.
The darkness that had been consuming the room shuddered, pulsing outward before rapidly retracting.
Himmel didn't pull away.
Instead, he caged her body in his arms, deepening the kiss.
