Rizevim Livan Lucifer was recently in a big conundrum he had lost contact with Ophis and all the members of Chaos brigade who recieved Ophis powers had it stripped from them.
That was a big blow to the power level of the whole group.
Without the presence of Ophis , it would be difficult to keep everyone together not that Rizevim cared that much.
He just wanted to see Chaos and this caused nothing to his plans on the contrary it was fun to watch all of these people getting frustrated and angry.
He would just find other ways to cause chaos.
It was too bad that the clone of his father he tried to create failed.
Zekram was useless as ever , even with the blood of Lucifer he gave to Zekram the old fool managed to waste it.
