I don't know if it's a natural dependency that children have on their mothers, but Charlotte seems in a good mood whenever she sees Musheng.
Those gem-like turquoise eyes looked at Musheng, and as Musheng gently touched her soft and smooth cheeks that felt almost intangible, Charlotte immediately stuck out her little pink tongue as if responding to her mother, making tiny little grunting noises.
It sounded like the mewing of a kitten.
