Su Nian heavily sat down on the sofa, looking intently at Su Yue again. Upon careful examination, Su Yue looked more like Su Hui, as if they were twins. She squinted at her, "Are you and my grandfather twins?"
Su Yue chuckled at her serious question, "No, I am three years older than him. We relied on each other since we were kids, and I practically raised him. Therefore, we are very close. But ever since I sent your father to live with him, I go there less frequently."
"Why?" Su Nian was puzzled. Shouldn't she long to see her own child? If she had a child, she wouldn't want to be away even for a minute!
Su Yue laughed again, this time though, it was a bitter laugh, "At first, it was because I didn't want anyone to know where he was, to avoid bringing trouble to him and Su Hui's life. Later, it was feeling guilty. We owe him a lot, especially after we knew that Su Hui's wife died saving him. We then decided to let him stay with Su Hui and look after him in his old age."
