The gigantic trees reached into the sky, stretching infinitely beyond the horizon.
The little tree maidens glanced around, their expressions dazed, feeling a mixture of familiarity and strangeness towards the environment.
Lu Xuan led them through the forest, and before long, a faint green passage appeared, followed by a small tree maiden much smaller in size appearing before him.
It looked curiously at its counterparts behind Lu Xuan, cooing softly, as if inviting him to enter the Tree Realm together.
"Please lead the way."
Lu Xuan smiled and said, then his body flickered as he passed through a thin membrane as delicate as cicada wings, entering a world of green and blue.
Looking up, the sky seemed like a giant green curtain, below which countless massive roots and vines intertwined in strange and varied forms. All around, plant spirits played and frolicked, some appearing in the open while others hid in the shadows, curiously observing Lu Xuan.
"Welcome, young friend."
