No matter the cost, he was determined to capture these Lightborn Saints. Only by doing so could he offset his failures with their capture, and as such, he was willing to activate the Dark chaos defense formation at the price of one hundred Tenth Order Magic Beast Crystal Cores. He even went so far as to exhaust a large amount of the Soul Power stored within the Soul-searching Dementing Array, pushing it to its maximum capacity.
By now, the total number of Dark Mages gathered in the Dark Temple had exceeded three thousand, with even more Dark Mages on their way. With so many Mages present, the area within the Dark Temple was filled with immense Magic Power Fluctuations. Following the order of the Chief High Priest, teams of Dark Mages began to launch their attack on the Bright Heavenly Stem Saints in the Sky.
