"Shaofan,"
Prince Arthur looked at Gong Shaofan, nodding as a greeting.
Although he still hadn't figured out why everyone called him Shaofan instead of "Shaodu"...
"The prince is too courteous."
He nodded formally and without waiting for a reply, he beckoned with a finger.
Several bodyguards followed, standing behind Arthur.
Gong Shaofan was very composed. "You will stay with the prince, protecting his safety until he is safely escorted out of the Imperial City."
Arthur, acting as if nothing was amiss, generous and gentle, "Before I leave, may I see Miss Min Yue?"
He stated bluntly, "I like her very much."
"Cannot," Gong Shaofan refused without hesitation, simply a firm no.
"Is Shaofan not confident in himself?" Arthur smiled softly, arching an eyebrow handsomely at him.
"This low-level tactic is called provocation in Hua Country, though sometimes, it still works on me."
Gong Shaofan lazily glanced at him, yet called out another person's name, "Yue, come here."
