"When are they going to come out of there?"
By the edge of the blood pool, Miranda pursed her lips in annoyance.
It had been nearly five months since Leon and Athena entered the pool, and her anxiety was growing by the day.
Of course, it wasn't their safety that concerned her. She could still sense their vitality—both were in good condition, showing no signs of injury or distress.
What troubled her was time. The Evil God's arrival was drawing near, and her master needed to travel to the territories of the elves, dwarves, giants, and spirits to unite them before it was too late.
If Leon and Athena didn't emerge soon, their remaining time would slip away.
"Don't worry, Lady Miranda. They'll come out eventually."
The dragon ancestor's soothing voice echoed from behind her.
Miranda turned and sighed softly. "I'm just afraid my master doesn't have much time left. The Evil God may appear sooner than we expected."
