I was standing behind a huge boulder, peeking at the fighting scene that was ongoing in front of me.
Qi Nao divided the six demonic cultivators among the sect's disciples except me. They were responsible for subjugating the one they were incharge of.
Qi Nao had divided them based on their strength. He was fighting the strongest one himself.
"Tsk! Why do I have to just stand here and keep watch?" I grumbled unhappily, though keeping an eye out for enemies nonetheless.
I couldn't give Qi Nao any reason to scold me. That would just make the situation worse.
"Sigh... I was excited about my first mission but I didn't expect it would be like this." I sighed, bored.
For the last nine years, I have cultivated diligently.
