Chapter 7 - Chapter: 7

In the Royal academy of magic, Lucas was visiting the library, he wants to confirm and expand his already present basic knowledge of this world.

When he visited the library it was like a garbage room rather than a library, it was neglected by the authorities, who don't want to visit the commoners section, because they think commoners are filthy.

This library was made when the heros decided to make school for commoners in supposedly 500 years ago, they were the ones to donate used books to the commoners library.

The Nobles didn't care about the old library in commoners section because they want to read brand new books with smoot and beautiful pages. Neither did the commoners now the value of these ancient books, so it is abandoned for almost after it was made.

It is at the corner of the commoners section and it will not enter the line of sight of people unless they specifically visit this part which is most unlikely or read the academy guide in detail which mentioned about the at last page in small words, to attract students, 'Why you ask?', 'obviously for business and to gain Cannon fodder for themselves.'

Their is 6 rows of tall book racks filled with brimm from books, looking at the overflowing knowledge hidden in them I began salivating.

" GUlP ~"

If one were to Lucas right now they will sure be creeped out, his eyes have heart shape in them and from his slacked jaw drool is slipping out.

I wiped the drool with my sleeves and entered the library, closing the door behind me from being disturbed, I dived into the tresure trove of knowledge.

___________

Although I was tempted to look at the magic spell book with cool names, I controlled my desire and started with basic knowledge.

" You know it is said that if you perfect the basics first than every thing becomes many times easier to learn in any field, but if you startup straight from the taughtest things everything will just go over your head."

First I choose some General knowledge books about the Geography.

This worlds name was not mentioned in any books So, let's not Dwell on it.

This world has three land continents known to mankind, which is

Human Continent:

Divided into three regions: the Forest (Dead Land), the Dungeons, and the Union.

The Forest, also known as the Dead Land, is shrouded in mystery and danger. It's home to beasts capable of toppling kingdoms, and its high concentration of mana makes it a perilous place for travelers.

The Dungeons are filled with mysteries and monsters, attracting adventurers seeking riches and fame.

The Union comprises three superpower nations and smaller countries, forming the political and cultural center of the continent.

Spirit Continent:

Inhabited by Elves, Dwarfs, Beastmen, and Dragons.

The World Tree, towering into the clouds, symbolizes the connection between the mortal realm and the spirit world.

The continent boasts the highest concentration of mana, attracting spirits and fostering powerful magical beings.

Demon Continent:

Home to demons skilled in dark magic, including vampires, succubi, and undead.

Constantly at odds with other races, seeking dominion over the world through conquest.

Flying Islands:

Enigmatic and surrounded by mana clouds, preventing entry.

Scholars and magicians strive to uncover their secrets, as whoever sets foot on them first shall become their ruler.

The Dead Land is the most mysterious and deadly part of the Human Continent. It's shrouded in perpetual mist, concealing its true nature from prying eyes. Strange and ferocious beasts lurk within its depths, their roars echoing through the dense foliage. Travelers who enter the Dead Land often vanish without a trace, their fate becoming the subject of whispered tales and cautionary legends. It's a place where the veil between the worlds is thinnest, and the boundaries between life and death blur into shadowy obscurity. Adventurers speak of ancient curses and forgotten ruins hidden beneath the canopy, warning others to tread carefully lest they become lost souls trapped in the forest's eternal embrace.
