After the situation improved, Damian and Kylie were finally able to return to Damian's house to rest.
It had been almost two weeks since they stayed at Amanda and William's house, but now they were both back in their own homes and Kylie and Damian could continue to take care of work and their wedding.
"It feels like a long time since I've been home. Even though we live at their house, which is only an hour away from ours," Damian said as he lay on his bed.
"You're right, it feels like a very long time for that. But the good thing is that they're both fine again and we can get back to our unfinished business," Kylie said and sat on the edge of the bed.
She took off her leather jacket, leaving her black tanktop still clinging to her body. Damian, who was watching his fiancée's back from behind, immediately hugged her waist and pulled her to lie next to him.
