She bit her lower lip, looked at Adam Jones with aggrievement, and thought back to Cam Green's analysis that Adam's heart held great disdain for Elly Campbell; thus, she wasn't worried about provoking Adam's distaste.
"Adam, brother, I don't mean anything else, you're Mom's son, and I call you brother out of politeness. How come in Mrs. Jones's eyes, that turns into me wanting Adam as my 'lover brother'?"
As she spoke, she bit her lower lip again and looked at Adam, hoping he would harshly reprimand Elly Campbell.
After all, there were no strangers around, so even if Adam really turned cold towards Elly Campbell, it wouldn't matter.
However, Adam Jones just looked at Sophia Green with cold eyes and said,
"Aren't you Mister Green's daughter? I heard you are older than my wife. A twenty-eight-year-old woman calling me brother like a little girl, don't you find that disgusting?"
