Who did she think she was to tolerate such vile language from him.

Manager Yan, having received a slap, was furious, and reached out his hand to grab her arm.

A soft chime sounded.
The elevator doors had parted.
Ivana sidestepped nimbly and retreated into the elevator.
In the elevator, two other people were present, and Manager Yan, not wanting to make a scene, simply pointed coldly at her face.
"Ms. Ivana, you wait, there will come a day when you regret this!"
Ivana Bennett curled her lips into a cold smile, "I'll be there 'til the end."
If she were afraid of him, she wouldn't be Ivana Bennett!
The elevator doors slowly closed, and Manager Yan's disgusting face finally disappeared.
Ivana pursed her lips, took her handbag, unzipped it, intending to put the delivery slip inside.
The keys she was holding slipped, and with a clatter landed on the ground.
