"Ugh! You two are so gross."
Ariana complained while walking alongside Carl. They are both now carrying cleaning equipment. Their target was a building separate from the crowd, on the 3rd and 4th floor. So far, they hadn't attracted any unwanted attention.
Carl just kept quiet. His mind was still busy remembering the expression on Lily's face a moment ago after he said his question. Lily's face clearly looked gross from what he said, just like what Ariana was feeling right now. What was different was that Lily showed it with her expression while Ariana said it out loud.
"Argh!" He really feels the regret and now slaps his own face.
Ariana frowned after hearing the grunt coming from the man.
"Now you're regretting? You should have a heart-to-heart moment with her first before all the sweet talking like that so that you won't have to be embarrassed. I'm sure you know better than I do. Not that I'm experienced in love more than you are. Mine was clearly more disastrous."
