Chapter 6 - Colonel, when did you have time?

"Mr. David, are you okay?" asked Christian, standing behind him, putting his hand on the leader's shoulder.

- Yes, I'm fine. Just thought a little. Who's next there?

— Agatha, sir. I'll be the last to speak and summarize the information I've gathered," Matthew replied, adjusting his glasses as he did so.

- All right, my daughter, start.

One of the most famous girls in the gang stood up and approached her father. Why was she one of the most famous? And the answer to that is very, very simple. Agatha was not as beautiful and graceful as Ayana and was not as good at "hunting" as Robert, but there is something that made her stand out from the rest of the mass and allowed her to go on secret missions and receive many compliments. She was distinguished only by the status of the blood daughter of David, the future head of the group. In addition to this status, there was nothing interesting in her, but this did not prevent the girl on this mission from becoming a "hunter" for Roy Mustang himself. "I'll go and complain to daddy!" she said, and everyone else realized that there was no chance against her.

- Daddy, you have no idea! I found my fiance! - Agatha began her performance.

Hearing this, Christian, who was handing a new glass of whiskey to David, dropped it. The man knew this young lady almost from the cradle, and this is already a little and a lot for almost twenty-five years. He had seen many performances arranged by Agatha, but this was the first time he had contemplated such a show.

- And who is this lucky guy? - Robert asked, putting a clear emphasis on the word "lucky". For many, and maybe even for everyone, it was no secret that a man with glasses had long been in love with a stupid heiress, but the girl either did not notice, or did not at all want to notice open courtship and too obvious flirting.

"Well, he is very handsome and graceful, and he also works in the army. His eyes are blacker than the night, and his hair is so beautiful that I can't even describe it.

- Who is he? - David asked menacingly, because he was interested in the name of the impudent man who was able to steal the vulnerable heart of his daughter.

"I don't know," Agatha answered innocently.

- Christian, you know what to do.

"Agatha, did you manage to find out anything about Colonel Mustang?"

— Robert, what Mustang are you talking about?

Suddenly the door to a small room opened, and Colonel Mustang appeared in the passage with the rest of the military.

"David Reser, Agatha Reser, Christian Rey, Matthew Friedmo, Fred Eliot, you…" Amestris State Army Colonel Roy Mustang was not allowed to finish.

- Daddy, it's him! He is my fiancé! - Agatha screamed.

- What?! - David's surprise knew no bounds, because his pretty little daughter fell in love with him.

— Colonel, when did you have time? - Havok asked with mock surprise.

"Havok, are you tired of living?! - Mustang growled towards the second lieutenant, - I see her for the first time.

"But I don't see you, my dear, for the first time!"

"Agatha, this is the person you were supposed to get information from," Matthew said almost calmly.

"So fate itself wants us to be together, my dear!"

"Second Lieutenant Havok, pack them up," the Colonel ordered as he left the room.

— Where are you?

"I'll go to the lieutenant and make sure she doesn't see that crazy one.

- But Colonel...

"One, no, two days off," Mustang said casually.

- I understand you! Sergeants, you heard him so let's get down to business! - Havok began to issue instructions.
