Scarlett Glenn had thought that taking the fruit knife from Winna Campbell's hand would be very easy.
But to her surprise, Winna Campbell suddenly exploded with so much strength that Scarlett Glenn's arm was painfully yanked.
Ethan Herd had anticipated Scarlett Glenn would make a move, and as soon as she did, he quickly stepped forward and threw a solid punch to the back of Winna Campbell's head, aiming to knock her out. However, her skull proved surprisingly hard, and against all odds... she didn't faint.
Taking advantage of her momentary pause, Ethan Herd pulled Scarlett Glenn to safety, but Winna Campbell reacted and instinctively tried to defend herself, thrusting the dagger back at Ethan. He dodged, and the dagger slid across his arm, leaving a long wound from which blood soon began to flow.
Ethan Herd didn't care about the wound and kicked out, hitting Winna Campbell in the stomach. She stumbled back several steps, then lost her balance and fell to the ground.
