If one encounters a particularly excellent artifact, it is indeed most beneficial for an individual to use the second method.
For Plane Will, invaders returning to the Plane, choosing either of the two methods doesn't really make much of a difference to it. On the contrary, by choosing the second method, it can even waive a part of the rewards it needs to pay out.
After all, for Plane Will, the treasures brought back from the Otherworld have already arrived in its territory, hence even if they are exchanged slowly, some Different Dimension Origin might overflow during the process. The Different Dimension Origins that overflow back into the Plane are still within this Plane, so these overflows only affect Plane Will's rewards for individuals and have no impact on the enhancement of Plane Origin.
