Sophia was bewildered for a moment, "Young Master Smith, aren't you joining me for the meal?"
"I'll peel an apple for her first," he replied. "You go ahead and eat."
"Okay." Sophia didn't ask any more questions, nodded, and turned to walk out.
Behind her, the gentle voice of Norris Moore came through, "Are you really not hungry?"
The voice of Trenton Smith sounded very calm, "Not very."
Sophia did some calculations on how long it had been since Trenton Smith last ate: it was about sixteen hours flying from London, and then he had nothing to eat after the surgery until now. It had been almost two days since he had any food.
Still not hungry? When would he be?
So much for not drafting lies.
After buying the apples, Sophia also stopped by a bakery and brought back a bag of bread for Trenton Smith.
"Young Master Smith, I've bought the stuff. I'm going to eat now."
Trenton Smith took the bag of bread and raised an eyebrow slightly as he looked at Sophia.
