Norris didn't notice the shift in the atmosphere and walked over to affectionately link arms with Luke Moore, "Dad, let's go out to eat tonight. Where's Abigail? Isn't she at home?"
"Abigail has gone to catch an announcement," Luke Moore dodged Trenton Smith's gaze and then patted Norris's hand, "Elias is still upstairs, I'll go tell him you're back."
Norris let him go and walked over to Trenton Smith, "I haven't told my dad about our situation. He's bound to be unhappy about me being with you, remember to apologize to him."
Playing with Fruity's braids, Trenton Smith spoke with a calm voice, "Don't want to."
"You..." Norris glared at him, "Even if it was my fault at the beginning, don't you have any guilt now?"
