"Daddy, what do you want Lulu to do?" the little dumpling asked Aidan Lucas with a confused look on her face.
Her peach blossom eyes, identical to Lily's, twinkled, making Aidan Lucas's heart melt.
He held his daughter, feeling a sense of elusive happiness welling up inside him.
But the thought that he hadn't yet coaxed the child's mother back darkened his deep black pupils slightly.
"Do you miss Mommy, Lulu?" the man coaxed gently.
"Yes, Lulu misses Mommy so much!"
"Since you miss her, how about Dad calls Mommy to ask her to come back, would that be okay?"
Hearing Dad's words, Lulu's beautiful little peach blossom eyes immediately lit up with excitement, "Yes! Lulu misses Mommy, Lulu wants to see Mom..."
Before she could finish, a voice suddenly interrupted.
"No—"
Abbie, with a cold expression, looked at the father and daughter embracing.
"Um... why not?" little Lulu pouted, her eyes brimming with tears.
She really missed her mother.
