(Third Person POV)
On the Western Front, occupying one of the empty towns, a portion of the scattered armies resided there. They had set up camps all around the town as the buildings of said town were being used by the higher-ranking soldiers.
In the middle of the town, inside the town hall which was fortified by the soldiers, Invel, The Winter General stood over a table. He was speaking to several high-ranking soldiers of his army as he pointed at the map.
"Sir, the other armies have reported that they're capable of advancing 100 more miles by tomorrow." One of them said
"Yes." Another one said, "If we keep this up with no resistance, we can reach Magnolia steadily in two days. That's if we're not bombarded once again."
"Good." He said as he dragged his finger alongside a river on the map, "I wish to take this river by the morning, okay? Have scouting parties traverse that territory and report back to me in a few hours. Also, find out where the group that escaped Hargeon is, I wish to exterminate them at once."
The soldiers saluted, "Yessir!" They said
They then began to walk away.
Invel then straightened up and fixed his glasses, "Is that acceptable to you?" He said aloud while glancing back, "Your Majesty?"
In the far back of the room, Zeref sat on a chair, obscured by the shadows of the dark room.
"Hm..." He said with a smile, "That is fine."
"You're taking the defeat of three of your Shields better than I expected." Invel said, "Dare I ask why that is?"
"It's of no consequence." Zeref said, "I had someone pick Ajeel's body up and check if he still lives. If he can wake up in the coming days, he'll still fight again. I am not against giving my loyal subjects second chances."
"We lost Wahl." Invel said, "And Brandish...."
"We'll recover her back soon enough." Zeref said, "Her power is of great use to us. That said, the one who has the greatest use to me in situations like this is still out of commission. What is the word on Irene?"
"I spoke to August." Invel explained, "Before the breach on his front. He said she was still asleep. However, with his recovery magic, it won't be long till she wakes."
"Good." Zeref said, "I suppose it's the waiting game. Once the Northern and Eastern forces advance further, we'll surround Magnolia and annihilate Fairy Tail once and for all."
Invel nodded, "Of course." He said, "You won't need to worry about anything, I'll handle it."
Zeref smiled, "I trust that you will." He said, "You have always done right by me."
Invel bowed slightly, "Your kind words move me, Your Majesty." He said, "I will capture Fairy Heart and kill anyone who gets in your way."
Zeref then stood up, "Speaking of that...." He said, "We have two impending problems to worry about."
Invel straightened up, "Sir?"
"Jason and Acnologia..." Zeref said, "Irene used a powerful technique in her fragile state to keep The Dragon King out of the fray, but I fear it's only a matter of time before he joins the conflict. And Jason, he's proven to be quite the foe...."
Invel fixed his glasses, "If I may suggest..." He said, "Why don't we let them fight to the death? If it's even possible to lure them to each other. I suspect that however strong Jason is, he might be able to do some damage to Acnologia and even if he dies, we can take advantage and take The Dragon King out for good."
Zeref smiled, "That's a brilliant idea, Invel." He said, "No wonder you're my chief counsel."
Invel bowed again, "Once again, your kind words move me." He said, "I am glad I can provide with good insight."
Zeref nodded, "Yes..." He said, "I say we think of a way to lure Acnologia to Jason..."
"Let them fight like dogs...."

{In The Seas, Outside Alakitashia}
On the calm waters, in the middle of the sea outside the Western continent, there was a bright light shining through from underneath.
Suddenly, the waters began to form massive and violent waves as magic power began to erupt from them. The waters then exploded as a massive white light shot straight up, causing several shockwaves that resulted in more violent waves.
The light subsided as two massive wings spread outwards high in the air above the waters, causing another shockwave as a massive black dragon covered in blue markings let out a roar that trembled the air and waters beneath him.
This was The Dragon King, Acnologia.
He had been sent to the bottom of the sea by Irene's powerful relocation spell, something even he was shocked by.
"THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!" He bellowed, "FOR A HUMAN WOMAN LIKE HER TO DO THIS TO I, THE KING OF DRAGONS, IT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!"
He then felt a strange and dark presence far in the distance.
Acnologia looked to the east, sniffing the air as he flapped his wings to stay afloat.
"Interesting...." He said, "So The Black Wizard went to Ishgar to play at war after all....."
He then looked down to the ocean, staring at it for a while. He had been in the bottom of the sea for a couple of days. Normally, he would've escaped to the surface almost immediately but there was some surprising resistance.
"That said..." He said, "To think that shewould still be alive after all this time.....so the stories are true.....Hm....Interesting..."
He then looked back up and towards the far distance as he let out an immense aura.
"I suppose it is time to hunt that Dragon that attacked me down." He growled, "Thatone can wait after I'm done. Mark my words, Dragons, all of you..."
"I will destroy you all!"
