The firey sensation dulled until it felt cold, the flexibility of the mana lessening to match his own.
Dane was currently in the Headmaster's office for mana training. As it turned out, that man really did know a thing or two about increasing one's mana capacity. Though Dane wasn't too thrilled about how one went about increasing their capacity.
The way to increase one's mana capacity as the Headmaster had introduced was to forcefully overload the body with an outside mana force that was greater than their own. The process was slow and could only be performed once a month. It was also extremely painful.
Dane had to endure feeling as if his cells were rupturing. After enduring, he then had to guide the foreign mana and combine it with his own, but only for a few seconds at a time before releasing the foreign mana back out of his body.
