Jiang Yi put on her clothes and, without even eating breakfast, headed out.
Auntie Cui, holding a spatula for frying eggs, poked her head out of the kitchen, "So early in the morning, are you going to the company? Aren't you going to have breakfast?"
As Jiang Yi grabbed her bag and changed her shoes, she spoke without lifting her head, "I'm going to check on He Tang. If Aunt Zhu comes later, please tell her I may not be able to make it to the company this morning."
Seeing Jiang Yi's anxious face, Auntie Cui also came out of the kitchen.
"He Tang? What happened to her?"
For a moment, Jiang Yi didn't know how to explain it to Auntie Cui and simply said, "She might be sick, and there's no one to look after her. I need to go see for myself to be at ease."
"Oh, then you should go quickly. Once Elder Chief wakes up, I'll let him know. Take care of yourself."
Jiang Yi acknowledged with a word and left the house.
