Chapter 568 - Chapter 568: The Hostile Seraphim

Compared to the metallic dragons and chromatic dragons, the gem dragons are slightly weaker by nature, which is why their bodies appear somewhat smaller. However, this is a general view; even the weakest gem dragon is stronger than a white dragon.

"Ling," at this moment, the Dragon Princess Felicia was filled with horror. The sapphire dragon, Ling, who had protected her since childhood, was now being held by a powerful being. No matter how much she struggled, she couldn't break free.

"Legendary Titan!" The floating Dragon Princess clenched her fists, her blue diamond-like eyes filled with anger. She looked at Gladys, who was watching the scene from her war chariot. On Felicia's breathtakingly beautiful face, tiny scales began to appear, reflecting the light brilliantly.

"If I were also a legend..." Felicia clenched her fists unwillingly. As a legend, ordinary dragons were no match for Titans. Although Ling was stronger than an average sapphire dragon, she was still no match for a Titan. But with her abomination-level dragon bloodline, if she could advance to legend, she would definitely be able to contend with a Titan.

Heavenly Legion!

After Muria revealed his Titan bloodline, the metallic dragons and gem dragons casting spells immediately panicked. They had never expected to encounter a Titan, especially not one they would have to fight against, while they were just here to play with the Dragon Princess. Now, they were facing a Titan with only one legendary dragon on their side, who was already captured.

In this dire situation, the dragons finally managed to cast a ninth-level spell that relied on luck.

"Heavenly Legion?" Muria looked at the platinum-colored circular spatial gate forming in mid-air, from which a holy aura emanated, forming numerous small angels of holy light around the substantial gate, appearing exceptionally sacred.

"No matter what you summon, you can't stop me!" Muria's cold gaze fell on the group of spellcasting dragons, especially the two gold dragons leading them, making them shudder in fear. Their scales stood on end, thoroughly terrified. They couldn't understand why this Titan, whose previous attacks hadn't worked, was now looking at them so fiercely.

"Flap!" "Flap!"... The sound of wings flapping arose. From the Heavenly Gate, one holy light angel after another with pure white wings flew out. In just a breath, twenty-four had flown out.

However, upon seeing Muria holding a sapphire ancient dragon with one hand, they halted mid-air, then turned and looked hostilely at the dragons who had summoned them.

"You dare to be enemies with a Titan?" A four-winged holy light angel stopped forcibly in mid-air, exerting all his strength to resist the summoning contract, his eyes blazing with holy fire as he glared at the spellcasting dragons.

"Are you fallen dragons? How dare you summon us to shield you? Release us immediately, or even at the cost of backlash and severe injury, we will cut you down."

"We are not fallen," a purple crystal dragon hastily explained upon hearing the angel's rebuke. "This Titan suddenly attacked us. We don't want to fight him either."

"Hah! You stole from me and refused to return it, yet blame me for attacking you?" Seeing that the holy light angels had no intention of attacking him, Muria lowered his raised hand.

To be honest, fighting either dragons or angels was like a storm hitting a dragon king's temple—an internal conflict among allies.

At this moment, the holy Heavenly Gate trembled. The more than twenty dragons maintaining the gate were shocked to find their mana rapidly draining, like a flood bursting a dam, into the Heavenly Gate.

"Hmm? It seems a significant entity is coming through." Muria watched the slowly expanding Heavenly Gate, his eyes narrowing with a hint of seriousness. Even the two princesses beside him looked towards the evolving gate.

"Titan!" A voice filled with both surprise and anger rang out. From the now nearly twenty-meter-wide gate, a powerful being poked his head through. His brilliant golden hair and handsome features caused a hint of astonishment on Muria's face.

"Seraphim!" Muria's brows furrowed. Even before fully emerging, the seraphim's hostility was apparent. After seeing Muria, his animosity was blatant.

"Are you Muria?" The seraphim, whose body was stuck in the Heavenly Gate, looked disdainfully at Muria. "The half-blood mongrel pursuing Mikaela? Where are your dragon horns and tail?"

Muria didn't respond but looked down at the sapphire dragon in his hand. His gaze turned extremely indifferent, making Ling's scales stand on end. "I need to teach an idiot the consequences of a foul mouth. If you interfere with my fight later, I will pluck your scales one by one, understand?"

"Rest assured, I won't interfere in your fight!" Hearing Muria's words, the sapphire ancient dragon nodded vigorously. She had heard what the seraphim stuck in the Heavenly Gate said.

"Stay aside and don't run." Muria released his grip, stepping towards the struggling seraphim trying to get through the gate. Golden lightning coiled around him, golden dragon flames ignited, and his aura was no longer hidden. His powerful presence soared into the sky, turning into a pillar of light that stirred the skies of the demi-plane. The creatures living there were all terrified, trembling at Muria's emanating aura.

Retreating to the side, the Dragon Princess Felicia's eyes widened in surprise, watching Muria with joy.

The two gold dragons leading the spellcasting dragons also changed their expressions. They sensed an aura from Muria similar to theirs but overwhelmingly superior.

"Mongrel, you want to fight me?" The seraphim, stuck in the Heavenly Gate, sneered disdainfully at Muria, his contempt obvious.

"In light of the alliance between Titans and Seraphim, I will spare your life," Muria said coldly. From childhood, no one had ever looked down on him because of his mixed blood, let alone dared to insult him. His bloodline came from an epic Titan and a dragon king.

Muria didn't understand why this seraphim, who suddenly appeared, dared to insult him. He didn't want to ask either; he just wanted to drag this seraphim out and beat him to a pulp, as long as he didn't kill him.

"Fool! In light of your Titan blood, I will spare your life too," the seraphim sneered. Although he was still stuck in the gate, he wasn't afraid of Muria.

His confidence stemmed from being a level three legend, two levels above Muria. Even if he could only use part of his power, he believed he could still contend with Muria. After all, he thought Muria was just a mixed-blood mongrel.

"Get over here!" Muria reached for the seraphim's dazzling golden hair.

"Mongrel, you're still too weak!" The seraphim, only halfway through the gate, swung his fist at Muria's hand.

Fist and palm collided, "Boom!" The terrifying shockwave swept everything in its path—mountains, forests, trees, birds, beasts—all were crushed to powder. Some dragons near Muria and the seraphim were knocked to the ground, their scales shattered, bleeding profusely.

"Is this all?" Muria calmly held the seraphim's fist with his left hand. "Your strength doesn't match your big mouth."

"Hmph, when my full body descends, defeating you will be as easy as flipping my hand."

"Is that so?" Muria grinned malevolently. "Let me help you then."

With that, Muria reached out his right hand, grabbing for the seraphim's head, his hand covered in golden lightning and dragon flames, inch by inch breaking through the seraphim's divine protection.

"Mongrel, how dare you?" Seeing Muria's actions, the seraphim's face showed a mix of shock and anger.

"Why wouldn't I dare?" Under the seraphim's furious gaze, Muria's hand grabbed his radiant golden hair.

"Let go, or I'll kill you!" The seraphim's face was filled with undisguised killing intent—this was his taboo.

"Come here!" Unmoved, Muria yanked hard. The combined strength of Titan and dragon king bloodline pulled the seraphim's body further out, but at the cost of tearing hundreds of golden hairs from his head, dripping with holy blood, looking incredibly striking.

"Muria, how dare you! Today, you're dead, and no one can save you." The pain in his scalp touched the seraphim's most sensitive spot, filling him with rage.

"Who needs saving?" Sensing the killing intent, Muria's eyes filled with murderous intent. He also wanted to kill. He was no pacifist who just took hits. "Today, I will slay you."

"Roar!" A roar filled with killing intent erupted as the seraphim's divine light surged, forcibly shaking off Muria's hand. The Heavenly Gate around him expanded, cracks appearing faintly.

"Let me help you again!" Muria burned the golden hair in his hand with dragon flames and reached for the seraphim's head again.

"Get lost!" The seraphim, seeing Muria's intention, used forbidden techniques to pull his upper body through, revealing four pairs of wings to Muria.
