"In one area, it seems like an old spearman is blocking an entire sector," he said. Although everyone knew that person wouldn't be able to attack them unless he was willing to lose decades of hard work, very few people were actually brave enough to test that out.
"From a City?" Turocc rhetorically asked. "Which one?"
"I have no idea—but it's doubtful they'd meddle so much," Fargo said, but it was more to calm himself. "Perhaps they are just passing time."
"They can't attack us," he said. The costs of getting to that level was incomprehensible. There was no way they'd risk it to attack.
"Not to mention, they can't have them in all parts of the territory—I received no reports of other powerhouses. Just choose one with weaker guards."
He did not know this yet, but the reason why other areas made no reports was simply because the people holding the letters were taken care of. The one Gregor threw far away was one of them.
