Lothur formed his Reincarnation Wheel by merging it with the River of Souls, his main ability since he left Concordia to travel through Anicane and then discover Hell, thousands of years ago.
His Reincarnation Wheel grew stronger, becoming so impressive that even the powerful Devils under Qhava's command felt as if their souls were leaving their bodies.
Qhava herself felt her Infernal Crown tremble on her head, feeling the terror that was the strongest Devil in Hell.
