Lilly was right, I am an idiot who is afraid to admit that this man, good or evil, wicked or kind, heartless or merciful, he has total control over my body, emotions, senses and all. And I hate that.
"Go ahead, why are you not killing me?!"
"Because my desire to shut you up somehow outweighs my desire to kill you."
Did he just— Could he really be saying that he wants to— to kiss me?
"You are mad. Stay away from me. I hate you."
"This will not be the first time." He says.
Again, his hands hold me, and he's looking at me with eyes full of obsession and lust.
"Kiss me." He says and again I must say this, he is truly mad.
"How can you try to kill me one minute and ask me to kiss you the next! What is wrong with you?" He is not normal.
"That's just how it is with love." He says those words so slow and quietly that they reach the deepest part of my head and heart and cause a tingling feeling in the pit of my stomach. "The more you want to kill me, the more you crave me."
