(Still back on the night Kiva woke up.)
"Huh!" I break the hug.
"What is it?" He asks. "What's wrong? Are you alright?"
"He knows." I say. As I rise to my feet in panic.
"He knows? What are you talking about? Who knows? Leonis? What does he know?" He asks as he equally rises to his feet holding my trembling hands in his own.
"He knows that I'm awake. He's trying to find me now. I can feel it. He's trying to connect with me. I've blocked the connection for now, but he is Leonis Rein, he will figure out a way to find me eventually." I say.
"Calm down first. You're suddenly shivering."
"I don't want to see him. Jadon, I don't want to see him. I really can't face him right now. Please." I don't know what I'd do if I see him now. I feel like I could stab his heart if I come face to face with him and at the same time, something somewhere inside of me tells me I might want to do something other than harming him. Even after I've gotten my memory back.
