The clouds stretched endlessly beyond the airplane window, soft white streaks across a blue sky. Leonardo leaned back in his seat, fingers dancing lightly over the virtual interface only he could see. The low hum of the aircraft filled the silence around him.
He was leaving Oslo.
Though the chaos stirred by the spires had yet to settle, his work here was done. For now.
Just hours before, he had stood outside the quiet airport terminal, the cool Norwegian wind tugging gently at his coat. Across from him, standing tall and composed in her usual black dress suit, was Ingrid Nyheim, the same Hunter Association agent who had received him when he first arrived.
"You really are leaving?" she asked, her tone a mix of curiosity and something bordering disappointment.
Alejandro nodded. "Spain needs its people too, apparently. But don't worry—if another spire shows up here, I'm sure I'll hear about it."
Ingrid gave a small, tight smile. "There's a rumor calling it the age of towers. And I have a feeling this is just the beginning."
With a final handshake and a brief exchange of polite goodbyes, he boarded his flight.
Now, somewhere over Europe, cruising above the clouds, he finally turned his attention to more pressing—and personal—matters.
[Essence Customization Interface – Raynare / Kalawarner]
Leonardo opened Raynare's panel first. Her silhouette shimmered in soft light as the interface projected her default stats.
"So much potential wasted chasing scraps of power," he muttered.
First, he selected [Wings] — and removed them. A soft ding acknowledged the change.
Next, he scrolled down to [Attributes] and began enhancing their Holy Light Affinity. What had once been a modest trait, unusual for a fallen angel, he now pushed to extremely high levels. Not only would they now command pure light with ease, but also had access to new abilities:
[New Skill Unlocked: Divine Construct Creation
Allows user to create minor constructs infused with holy energy.]
[New Skill Unlocked: Radiant Ward
Allows user to generate scalable holy barriers.]
He repeated the process with Kalawarner, ensuring their abilities mirrored each other for synergy. They would be his lightbringers—his dual sentinels of purification.
Lastly, he opened the Personality Filter.
He didn't want automatons, nor did he want them obsessed with petty ambition and cruelty. He refined their minds gently—retaining their charm, wit, and strength, but tempering their sadism, ego, and obsession with domination.
Raynare 2.0 would be confident, assertive, and pragmatic—but also protective of those under her care. Kalawarner would remain poised and graceful, but now with a calm intelligence, loyal and unshaken in purpose.

Bind Constructs to Creator? Y/N
Leonardo pressed Y, smiling faintly.
Reconstruction complete. Deploy when ready.
He leaned back, folding his arms. "Two angels reforged in light," he murmured. "Let's see how the world reacts to them next time."
Below the clouds, the continent shifted slowly beneath him. Spain was calling—and with it, a new stage in his growing game of divine design.
-------------------------------------------
Back in Spain, the air felt different.
It wasn't just the warmth or the brightness of the sun—it was the familiar undercurrent of tension that now blanketed every nation since the rise of the spires. Madrid, though bustling as always, held an edge of nervous anticipation.
Alejandro sat by the large window of his hotel suite, sipping black coffee as he read through the latest mail from the Spanish Hunter Association.
{Subject: Mandatory Hunter Re-evaluation & Strategic Assignment

— Spanish Hunter Association Administration}
Alejandro set the tablet down and leaned back in his chair.
"Evaluation, huh?" he muttered, cracking a faint grin.
Spain had always been a proud nation in the European Hunter network—ninth in the continental rankings as of last year. The country boasted one confirmed S-rank, and two A-ranks who were widely considered to be on the verge of a breakthrough. The true strength of Spain's Hunter population, however, lay in its abundance of C-ranks, more than any other country in Europe. Reliable, loyal, and spread across every province.
And now, Alejandro had returned home as something different. But he wouldn't be going alone.
He glanced at the digital interface once again, where the status of his two newest constructs shimmered softly.
[Subjects: Confirmed Materialized
→ Name: Lucía Navarro (formerly Raynare)
→ Name: Alba Serrano (formerly Kalawarna)
Status: Civilian
Identification: Complete
Origin: System Integration
Initial Classification: Normal Human (Pending Evaluation)]
The System had explained that constructs could now manifest physically in his original world. And to blend in, they came with fabricated—but flawless—identities, complete with birth records, housing registration, even education history. As far as the world was concerned, Lucía and Alba had always lived here.
Now, they were just "awakened potential" waiting to be evaluated.
Alejandro rose from his seat, stretching. "Time to introduce you two properly."
The apartment door opened.
Standing in the frame were Lucía and Alba, both dressed simply but elegantly—black jackets, dark jeans, and composed expressions. They moved like normal people but in reality they were hunters, but not the kind Spain had ever seen before.
Lucía smirked, casually letting a faint glow of holy light dance along her fingertips. "So, this is what being 'alive' feels like?"
Alba, serene but sharp-eyed, added, "We have papers, pasts, and a legal address. You certainly are thorough."
"You'll both join me this Friday," Alejandro said, grabbing his coat. "Officially? It's a re-evaluation. Unofficially? It's our debut."
Lucía arched a brow. "And if they get suspicious?"
Alejandro grinned. "You're legal. You breathe. You bleed. You pass every scan. As far as they're concerned—you're prodigies who slipped through the cracks. Spain needs good press right now."
Outside, Madrid's streets pulsed with life, unaware that two of its newest residents were born from another world. The Spaniard who'd built dungeons, challenged the world's order, and stared down S-ranks, was coming home—and bringing miracles in his shadow.
