Who would have known that the first spell needed a person to manually lock the target, "Fire Snake Patrol"? Father Deke had to operate it manually to prevent the spell from harming others, which resulted in the Silver Mirror going out of control.
But as Carlo turned around to shout, numerous sharp claws were pulling at her clothes behind her, tearing her waiter's attire and revealing the tight bandages underneath. The claws pierced deeply into her fair skin, and blood flowed, but since Carlo had a good recovery ability, her flesh was healing even while embedding the claws within, sending waves of severe pain.
Her trait had side effects, tough to kill but the pain during recovery increased tenfold, and this healing was uncontrollable. Sometimes, even a minor injury could cause immense pain, let alone such agony now.
