"Oh sweet ground how i love you so." Keo says, greeting the ground with open arms and tears in his eyes.
"Try to keep your lunch down and not make out with the ground if you love it so much. We're not that far away from the first reactor lines, around 300 metres or so now." Raven says clutching the communicator tightly as the holo map projects in both of their vision with a dim blue glow.
"Still this is way better than stasis." Keo says feeling different stimuli for the first time in years not coming through a virtual simulation.
"I'm curious if you don't mind me asking Keo, just how long were you and Sybil in stasis?" Raven says as the two of them try and shield themselves from the cold with their thick winter jackets repurposed from the hunters.
"You know the attack on Boreal 5 years ago." Keo says digging up an uncomfortable memory as it blips through his brain like a house fire.
