"Yes Sir I would!" the goblin maid assured him, getting up from her chair. She stood next to her master and pointed at the door that led to the kitchen.
"So I went to the kitchen and it just so happens that the light switch for the dining room is in the kitchen right inside the doors. I knew that some of you might be able to see in the dark. I was lucky that it happened to be thunder storming, but the lightning that struck just outside of the main window was actually a sigil that I planted earlier than triggered when I needed it. So the light went out, I triggered the lightning to blind anyone else and then ran from the kitchen and right to my Master to swipe him with the marker," she explained.
The room let out a collective "Ohhhh!" at the goblin's explanation. She gave a bow as if she had been an actor in a play before taking her seat again near the Master of the house.
"So!" Master Rauly began. After last night's game, we are mostly done! Only two games left until we have our winners! So! Is everyone ready for today's game? I think you are all going to enjoy this one!" he teased.
The room was silent for a moment as all of the guests sort of glanced at each other waiting to hear what could possibly be next.
"I am!" Hana shouted, slamming her fist on the table, causing a bunch of the plates and silverware to jump and clatter just a bit.
"Well, someone's excited at least! In that case we better get on with it huh?" the Master went on.
"Yes!" Hana shouted again with a smile.
"Today's game is the game of service!" he announced.
Plenty of eyebrows were raised around the room as it remained silent.
"I'm sure you're all wondering what that means, and if it means what you hope! And the answer is yes!" the Master assured them.
Barric looked around confused before leaning over to Hana.
"What the fuck is this guy talking about?"
"I'm not sure either," she replied.
"Each master and their maid pair will go to their rooms with one of my personal maids to keep track of time and make sure you're not cheating, first maid or Master to… Climax, wins! The second avoids elimination, and the last is eliminated. Simple enough right?" Master Rauly explained.
"Well damn! Seems like my kind of game!" Barric announced out loud with a big smile, raising his glass of wine. Hana gave a fanged grin and raised her glass as well.
"I was hoping you'd all enjoy it!" Master Rauly said, raising his glass. Soon the whole room had raised their glasses and there were a few Clinks! as they were tapped against each other before everyone took a drink.
"Well then! No reason to keep everyone waiting if you all seem so excited! Run along now! Off to your rooms!" Master Rauly shooed them away. "Oh and those who were eliminated do feel free to spend some time together!" he encouraged:
With that, everyone parted from the dining room table excitedly, a house maid following each of the pairs there were still in the game.
Quinn clung to Sylas' arm and pressed her cheek up against his shoulder.
"You gonna spend some alone time with me Master?" the cat girl teased.
The demon looked down at her and made a face.
"I think I have some reading to catch up on actually."
"Aww! You're no fun!" she whined before turning to look at Layla.
"You're doing great girl! Go get us another win!" the cat girl encouraged, bumping her hip against the elf's before they parted ways.
"Hell yea!" Layla said back, Lucy raising an eyebrow at this.
Eventually all of the guests had made it back to their rooms, three pairs bringing a house maid along for the show. Lucian and Luna had Starla, Barric and Hana had Skyla, and Layla and Lucy brought Momo along.
The wolf Master closed the door behind the two maids and locked it promptly. He offered his rabbit maid and their guest a smile, but tried to get right to business.
"Starla was it? Please take a seat in the desk chair and enjoy the show, though you will have to forgive my darling maid. She is shy and not used to being watched," he explained taking a seat at the end of the bed and patting the spot next to him for his bunny to join him.
