"Alright, I've arrived," the Doctor said as he pushed open the car door and walked toward his home. At the door, Linda was holding a smoking beaker, anxiously waiting for him.
"Thud," the car door closed again. "To the docks."
The car quickly reached the port. By then, all the shipyards had ceased operations; all the workers had been repurposed to assist with the Governor's submarine project.
Now, the Governor's submarine project took precedence over everything else.
Inside the largest dock, James saw the Unicorne hoisted entirely in heavy chains, with some workers installing steel plates and machinery onto her body.
There were also shipwrights drilling holes in the bottom of the ship, seemingly to insert something.
As if he noticed James's arrival, several ropes twisted towards him.
Shortly after James waved at the Unicorne, he found his Captain, Charles, amidst the bustling dock, engaged in a discussion with an elderly man wearing rimless glasses.
