Could it be... that my own mother's true identity is from the Falling Star Royal Family?
This speculation was not without possibilities, as Charlotte had known from early on that her mother came from the Great Nobles of the Falling Star Kingdom and, apparently due to sensitive identity issues, had hidden everything about her past after coming to the New Moon Kingdom.
