Shape-shifting doesn't need much explanation; it's as expected, but the main point is Hyper-Sense. Apart from the x-ray ability, it directly expanded his vision range. At LV1, it offered a clear line of sight of 100 meters, plus an additional perceptual range of 200 meters.
Currently at three stars, his normal vision range is around 50-70 meters. This upgrade has increased it by three to fourfold, reaching over 350 meters! And that's with x-ray vision, akin to a God's-eye view; everything within a 350-meter radius is clearly visible, no small movement can escape his perception.
