After sparring and training for a few hours longer, everyone returns to their rooms for the night. Ray meditates, channeling his Dimension Affinity, knowing that the uses it could have are greater than many of the other affinities he has.
Luckily, he had been channeling all of his affinities for the past while, including his Dimension Affinity, having already reached the ninth circle with it before tonight. Ray sits with a strained look, 'This feels far more difficult than the other circles, even reaching the Ninth wasn't even a fraction as complicated as this!'
Ray feels his mana pulsing in his body, attempting to coil and move it around through his Dimension Affinity, but it's like trying to grasp air, each attempt failing over and over again. Eventually, he stops out of frustration and decides to take a step outside to relax.

He warps to the roof and stares into the night sky, pinching the bridge of his nose, "Come on Ray... You have to get this!"
