With a bang, Tara Summer and Emma Benson watched wide-eyed as the door slammed shut.
The two women exchanged glances, still able to faintly hear the angry shouts of a woman coming from inside the room.
Seasoned as they were, they quickly guessed what might have happened and both wore ambiguous smiles on their faces.
"What should we do? Lucy doesn't seem to have time now?!" Emma turned her head to ask Frederick.
Frederick glanced at the door, he recognized it since Clarence Simons had stayed at the marshal's residence for two days and replied with a smile, "How about we go to the restaurant downstairs, have some coffee, and wait?"
"That works." Tara nodded, and then the three of them walked toward the elevator.
Before leaving, the two women looked back at the closed suite door one more time, the smiles at the corners of their mouths deepening...
