"Are you my master" Altera look at me with a blank stare, but I can see the curiosity behind those eyes.
I nodded at her Confirming her question, I looked up at Reese she had a toothy smile on her face.
"Altera is very special you and her complement each other and she gives you access to the system along with some other neat features, that will surprise you when the time comes. If anything should happen, she can get into contact with me, so Ryker are you ready for a new beginning".
I looked down at Alter, she looks up at me with her red eyes, she nodded at my unspoken question, then she turns off her holographic construct form, but before she disappeared, I saw a slight smile on her face. Looking back Reese.
"We are ready."
" Awesome, good luck to you spartan, I hope not to see you up here again anytime soon or else I'm not going to be a happy goddess" she said that with a mischievous smile on her face.
She started waving goodbye to me, then the white room I was in disappeared as I fell into pitch black darkness, as I was falling, I felt very tired my vision start turning blurry, I tried fight off the weariness I'm feeling soon i heard Altera voice in my mine.
"Sleep master when the time come to be awakened, I'll wake you, so rest now."
When she said that, I stop resisting against the call to sleep and welcome oblivion. soon I was plunge into darkness and the darkness welcome me with open arms.
(Third person POV)
As the Spartan fell into pitch black darkness a bright white, grayish light followed close behind him. Things in the darkness reach out to grab the Spartan but white light intercepted them before they could get any close to the Spartan.
Soon the two reach their destination. Their destination was a UNSC ship that was in slip space. The Ryker body stop in front one of the Cryo-pod, in the pod was a Spartan that look exactly like Ryker's body, this is his true body and what floating outside the pod is his Astral body then his astral body turn into a small ball of light and went into the pod his soul has now claimed his body, now he was in a deep sleep.
The light that was closely following him took on a human form it was Altera, she was in her human form, she looks at the person inside the pod, she places her hand on the glass window, then she turns back into a ball of white and grayish light, leaving behind a small handprint, she went back into her AI core, that was in Ryker's helmet.

It's been three months since the fleet exit out of slip space, arriving at the outer edge of this unknown galaxy. We were lucky, the first solar system we arrive at had three habitable planets, one of the planets in particular was three times the size of earth and had 2 sitters moon orbiting around the planet. The planet can support human life along with other Aline races expect for the grunt's that require methane to breathe but can still live on the planet, they just need to have habitation domes built for them to live on the surface, to breathe without methane tanks.
Luckily there's a planet that has methane for them. Resources in the system haven't been touch. We found valuable metals and materials in this system. We have deployed small reconnaissance drones into slip space and found two more systems with habitable worlds and along with resources that also haven't been touch.
Colonization of these planets have been going on these past three months and are running smoothly the planet that is three times the size of earths and has two moons has been designated as asylum and capital world by the council that makes up all races and will now be our new home.
Are slips space drones has detected intelligent life in a galaxy while mapping this new galaxy. The council and with ONI pushing to assemble a joint task force to do reconnaissance through the galaxy. To see what this galaxy is like and if can make contact. While also keeping our arrival hidden to the galaxy and keeping our new homes secret as well. The Cole portal call will be activated during reconnaissance or any ship operating outside council's space. The joint task force will be made of 16 Spartans with 20 Sangheill Warriors, 10 of them are from the silent shadow Warriors, 5 clan worriers, 4 honor guard that are female and clan leader's daughter of Nudom clan, Ceie' Nudom is a warrior and representative of the alliance. Along with Samus no new where she came from all that is known is that she came from a forerunner slip space portal back in our original galaxy, but she was cleared by ONI. The task force will have a group of scientists, engineers (Huragak), 10 (BRD-01) specter and 15 stalkers, the be deployed on A modified Sahara - class heavy prowler corvette, it bigger then it perverse version. The ship has Advanced technology and weapons. It can carry 2 Auriga class light prowler in the hanger,4 (R0-104) Kilijes drone. ONI has authorized the awaking of the Spartans for this mission. " Hey William, did you hear the news", Drew said.
" Yeah, I heard we got the go ahead to wake up the big guys."
" Yeah man, I can't believe they kept these guys on ice when we got here. You would think when we enter a new galaxy far, far, away from home they would be the first to wake up. Not being kept under ice for three months", he complained.
" look man you know as well as I do, that if the fleet was a come into contact with a hostile alien race they would've been the first to wake up not us, but we didn't come in contact with a hostile Alien race and luckily we scored on our first try of getting habitable planet for us and our companions that came with along with us finding two other system having habitable plant along with a bunch of resources as well. Was a huge score as well. So we woke up half of the Marines since we have the bots and our allies that almost wipe us out not to long ago, I believe we are doing fine on securing a world from hostile native life forms, and the Civilians can focus on making instruction, industries, cities and more, at this rate we will have ship yards constructed within a year, so we can start pumping out the new ships in one month, when it's complete". Giving my reasons on why the Spartans weren't awaken when we first got here. Drew just mumbles some word underneath his breath.
" Now that we got that out of the way, go get some engineers (Huragok) and especially the one called, likes to tinker, I know he can be an ass sometimes but that's just the way he is or built never mine just get his tentacle floating ass down here. If he's not listening to you, tell him it's about the Spartans, if that doesn't work you know what to do bribe him with sweets, he has more experience than the others when it comes down to the Spartans and their Mjolnir armor" giving out my orders to the staff inside the Cryo-pod room.
(Authors note, engineers or Huragok species don't procreate usually with each they can somehow clone or build each other, but when they do this, they get some odd personalities from the process of making more of each other.)
"All right let's get these guys on un-popsicle" Drew shouts in a Joyeuse tone.
" Really man who do you think you are Mr. freeze or something"
" Shut it, just because you didn't like the Batman movie, doesn't mean you get a poke fun at it"
"whatever" I responded to his defensive comment. Plus, I really don't dislike the Batman movies, they can be a little bit too cringe sometimes, OK maybe most of the time but I'm not going to tell him that. For some odd reason the grunts A.K.A Unggoy love those type of movies, especially the Batman movies, the Sangheill or Elites, just want to see how strong he in comparison to them and the demons.
" OK let's start wake up procedures, slowly start waking them up we don't need an accident." Giving out more instructions to the wake-up crew.
I started to walk towards one of the cryo-pods, when I was standing in front of it, I looked through the glass to see a tall, armored figure he was covered from head to toe in armor, he looks more like a robot. I then looked down at the name tag at the bottom of the glass and see the name of the person that's in it, Ryker-098. Bringing up my tablet I started the awakening procedure. I kept looking down at the tablet screen to Monitor his vitals and brainwave activity, to see if any problems coming up.
(Ryker-098 POV)
I was surrounded in complete darkness, I couldn't see anything, nor move my body, but I felt at ease, it felt like my head was being cradle by someone, I felt small and delicate hands in my hair and on my cheek, one hand was stroking my hair softly while the other hand was holding my cheek.
Then a small light started to appear breaking through the darkness that was clouding my mind. Then I heard Altera voice.
"It's time master, they have started the awakening procedure. Estimated time until wake up procedures are done, it's 15 minutes" she sounds a little bit annoyed on that last part, on long it takes to defrost someone.
Soon the darkness was gone what to it place was a foggy haze and a uncomfortable stiffness, my body felt it had muscle cramps all over and I couldn't do anything about it.
"Master your body is slowly being a weekend, Brain activity and conative Motor functions are at 15%. Unacceptable, starting up nanomachines, new estimated time to wake up procedures completion is 2 minutes."
When she was done talking the haze that was in my mine started to rapidly disappear the stiffness I felt was gone as well. For every second gone by, I felt much better.
Then I heard some talk on the other side of the Cryo-tube.
" He's waking up faster than expected the A.I May have activated the nanomachines to speed up the process, Drew gets some staff over here, we have ourselves an early bird. The rest of you keep doing what you're doing and have Odysseus make sure that this guy A.I doesn't do the same with the others."
Soon I heard hatches and seals being undone, the Frost it accumulated on my visor started to melt at a fast paste. Soon the pods doors open, and a gust of steam rushed outwards towards the exit of the pod. Exiting the pod, I took two steps forward I was surrounded by a couple of people gray and white uniforms. In front of me was a man in a white and gray uniform with a tablet in his hand, he was a ordinary looking man looks to be in his late 30s his height was 5,9. He had a shaven head a clean shaven face and brown eyes. My Hud scan him and pulled information about him. Petty Officer third class, Bobbie William. As I was scanning the information about William, A splitting migraine assaulted me, causing me to tilt my head to the side while raising mine left hand towards my head, then memories of my past and this new life came to me, now I have 2 lifetimes worth of memories and experiences. Then in an instant the pain was gone.
"Chief" a voice called out to me, I look down to see William looking up at me with concern.
" Sir, are you alright, your brainwave activity went off the scale there for a moment."
" Yes, Petty Officer William, it's gone now."
"Are you sure sir that was a pretty if spike, we should call the medical staf" before he could finish, a glowing blue and purple ball of floating tentacles rush pass him and slam itself against me hard, not able to budge me from the spot I was standing. It's tactical starting to wrap around me lifting me a foot off the deck plating. It was making purring sounds and glowing brighter, it was rubbing it head against my helmet. All I could see out of my visor was the colors blue, pink, and purple. It was an engineer and I only know of one that is this clingy to me, Like to Tinker is his, hers, its name, but we just call him Tinker, when we first met tinker, me and delta team found him and a bunch of others strap with bombs, we manage to remove the bombs from the engineers, he and the other of his kind became really friendly to me and the other Spartans.
But tinker is an ass to everyone else except for us. The only way for others asks him to do something or fix something is either by give him new technology to work on or giving him ice cream, then maybe he would listen to you, but for me and the other he's like a protective to goose mother.
"Cute" hearing Altera comment on the engineer.
" All right tinker I think that's enough, can you please put me down now" Tinker pulled his head away from me for a moment, examined me up and down then slowly and gently put me back down on the deck plating. He then retracted his tentacles away from my armor and the only time he does this is when he's done with the examination or fixing something.
" Examination of spartan armor is complete, there are no problems with the Armor, this one made sure of it" waving his tentacles around well making sound whale noises, luckily, he is wearing translating voice box.
(Authors notes engineers may be docile creatures, but they are strong that they can lift two Spartans in full combat gear, and can defend them self as well, but they are passive creatures that like to fix things, but don't get on their bad side they will fuck you up.)
(I need a better name for the alliance between the UNSC and covenant I don't want to keep calling it the council, but something else. Next chapter on Saturday.)
