These zombies were familiar to the people as royal zombies from Lan Ou. Such zombies and Zombie Kings are related, being either infected by a Zombie King they belong to or by a similar type of zombies.
Royal zombies are easy to distinguish. Just like the royal zombies of the Chinese Continent, their most obvious feature is that their bodies are covered in dark silver armor, they are the radially mutated kind with blood-red skin, and their swollen bodies resemble giant followers of a sinister Buddha.
