The scientific researchers watched, dumbstruck.
They knew about the hardness of the crystals, and yet someone's hands could smash them just like that.
"You... you must be an Awakener."
As the researcher spoke these words, the muscle-bound man glared at him furiously.
"And what's an Awakener?"
The researcher trembled in fear, having long been scared out of his wits, "It's someone with abilities that surpass those of ordinary people. Some are incredibly strong, others are really fast, all sorts of strange and peculiar abilities."
"It's true then, my strength is exceptionally great, I can twist steel. Now tell me, what else do you know?" the strong man asked menacingly.
The researcher looked at the muscle-bound man, then at the surrounding survivors with predatory eyes. He felt that the mental states of these survivors were quite off, like normal people stranded on a deserted island who, over time, had been driven mad by their loneliness, acting crazed and deranged.
