Dan chuckled, hopping on his toes as a warm-up and the crowd cheered again canceling every other noise, either hailing me or Dan. I have sparred with Dan once, which was 5 years ago when we matched strength, he was in his Rogue form then and so was I. The fight was animalistic as it could get... bloody and I ended up overpowering him and proving my worth to them. Out of all the Rogues I fought that night, they all ended up dead or in pieces, he was the last one standing, that is how lethal he is and how crazy when it comes to the acts of fighting.
But right now I don't consider this a sparring.
I went on a fighting stance and we rounded each other like predators ready to pounce on each other, he sniffed and wiped the blood running down his nose while smirking.
"We haven't spared in 5 years, Alpha"
"So?"
"So it means I'm not the same Rogue I was then, I have trained all these years in hopes of matching your strength once again" he chuckled. "Thank you for this opportunity, Alpha"
