"I know, but I must leave tomorrow immediately since it was an emergency, you guys know I can't ignore that guy, right? And I can still go shopping with you, Samantha," I said, convincing them.

"I'm sure, I swear!" I said, trying to lighten up my move.
Even Tom wasn't responding. I guess he doesn't want us to be incomplete. We've been friends ever since we are in college, is he not sick of my face? Is it because he won't be able to make content about me!?
